Ferger’s diverse career spans the media, entertainment and technology fields. He began his career as a founding partner in Light Visions an Atlanta 3D digital graphics house whose clients included CNN, United Artists, and General Cinemas. He designed and implemented a fully digital animation production environment for Warner Bros Animation. Later, Ferger managed the early production operations of Warner Bros Imaging Technology.
Ferger was Vice President of Design and Technology at Cinebase, Inc., a digital media asset management software company. In 1997 Ferger founded Synctrix, Inc where he garnered awards for his design and development of a fiber-based video production technology. In 1999, Ferger became a partner in Angeles Ventures, a venture capital firm that incubated and formed internet startup business. Ferger was responsible for evaluating and managing a broad portfolio of venture opportunities. The Angeles Ventures partnership led to the formation of eMaiMai, an Internet-based, auction site for the Hong Kong and Asian markets where Ferger served as the Chief Technical Officer. From 2001 to 2007, he served as President of Toonacious Family Entertainment, a company he co-founded that created, developed and produced animated intellectual properties for direct-to-DVD and theatrical releases. Most recently he served as President of ACH Federal in Chattanooga, TN, an early-stage electronic payment processing company with a direct relationship to the Federal Reserve.
In 2009, Ferger and Cole formed Three Point Ventures, a mobile technology incubator that matures mobile concepts within a variety of enterprise verticals.
Jeffrey Cole

Cole’s career spans the creative, strategic planning, and interactive product development fields. With more than 30 years of business and marketing experience, Jeff has developed technology products and created interactive revenue strategies for a wide variety of clients in a multitude of markets and verticals.
In 2006, Jeff founded a business operations and brand-marketing consultancy where he directed brand retail marketing projects for a variety of consumer packaged goods companies. He served in a senior level marketing and R&D role for Lodge Manufacturing Company where he developed a comprehensive brand product overhaul that contributed to the largest revenue growth in the company’s 100-year history. As Partner and Senior Vice President for Notch/Bradley, a national healthcare marketing firm, he managed marketing for more than sixty healthcare clients. Over the course of his career he has managed marketing and product development budgets from $300,000 to $40 million across a multitude of verticals and wide variety of mediums.
Most recently Jeff held the position of President of Logic Marketing where he led efforts to consolidate their revenue offerings and managed more than $42 million in interactive ad spend across the PPC, SEO, social, affiliate and interactive display spaces. While President of Logic he also led efforts to develop proprietary affiliate-marketing software that managed interactive lead generation activities resulting in more than $11 million dollars in savings within the pay-per-click channel. Jeff has worked with some of America’s top brands from Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Shaw Industries, Budweiser, Republic of Tea, CBL Properties, Publix, Apple, Lanier, Krystal, and Golden Flake to name a few. He has garnered regional and national recognition for his work from Healthcare Marketing Report, The Art Directors Clubs of New York and Atlanta, the Obies, Millimeter Magazine, the Addy Awards, One Show, as well as Clio honorable mention.
